Shipping & Delivery

At Ink Icing we use AUSTRALIA POST for the shipping of all our items. Shipping is free on all orders unless EXPRESS POST has been opted for upon checkout. EXPRESS POST incurs and additional cost of $8.50(AUD) to your order total.

All orders come with TRACKING. Once your order has been shipped, Ink Icing cannot accept any responsibility for loss of items or transit damage to your package. We also cannot be held responsible for postage delays that may occur once your product has been sent by us. Production times

In non-peak periods we are usually able to complete orders within 2 Days. However, during peak periods, such as the lead-up to Christmas, we suggest placing your order as early as possible, as production can take up to 1 week. We always endeavor to get your order to you as fast as possible. Should there be any need to contact you regarding any unforeseen delays in the production of your order, we would contact you immediately with the contact information provided by you.

Once your order has been shipped, Ink Icing cannot accept any responsibility for loss or transit damage to your package. Once you have unpacked you order, please keep the plastic packaging away from young children and babies and dispose the plastic packaging safely. Ink Icing cannot be held responsible for any injuries that may occur due to the unsafe us of or non-disposal of the plastic packaging.
